First of all I like to complement you for this outstanding CMS system! I'm now about to make my own Web User Controls to be able to use the Drag&Drop features in N2. My question is how to display them in the Control Panel? The Web User Controls are implemented so that they extend TemplateUserControl and all that is left (hopefully) is to show them in the ControlPanel. I've looked in the database, web.config and the code but can't figure it out.

Hi, have you looked at the documentation on composition? It's somewhat tricky to set up the zones correctly. See if the article explains it and come back with questions.

Ah, ok. So what I can see in the documentation and the source code the ControlPanel is in the end populated through Reflection? Is that a correct assumption?

Yes. Thats quite right. During initialization the framework will look at all the classes and populate a list of item definitions which are then used in the control panel and other places.

Thank you! It's now working.
