Hi libardo

I think there is an error in the MySql database script.
The length of n2Detail.StringValue is set to varchar(255).
Should it not be set to e.g. the datatype TEXT instead?

Thanks
Carsten

I just saw that it already was set to LONGTEXT in the script here:
http://www.n2cms.com/Upload/Documentation/database/install.mysql.sql

Are you using the same SQL script in the N2 install guide?
After I installed N2 v1.3.5 using MySQL v5.0.27 standard, the StringValue was set to VARCHAR(255).

Yes the scripts on the web site are manually tweaked. The installer uses nhibernate's schema generation to create the database from the model and there is problem with different text length between databases. I've been meaning to fix this through a differnt configuration approach. You are welcome to open an issue ticket or send a patch =)
