Unable to preview unpublished parts in 2.2.2.1

In 2.2.2.1 you are unable to preview parts when viewing a page normally it only works in Drag mode. In 2.2.1.2 if you are signed in as an N2 user you would be able see unpublished parts of a page....

Hover on down arrow shows Move Up instead of Move Down

When hovering the down arrow in the left page navigation, the down arrow displays move up. It does work however (moves the item down the list).
