Items are unpublished by default

It seems that the nuget version 2.3.4 changes default behavior save behavior. All new and existing EditableChildren appears as unpublished in the N2 tree. This effectively makes the upgrade infeasible for existing sites. If I attempt recreating my site from a blank database the new editable children are also created as unpublished and I have to manually show "non-pages in navigation" and publish each of them independently.

Is there some setting I have missed?

Apparantly this is solved for version 2.4-beta2

Thanks for reporting. N2 is moving towards using the state rather than date spans for validating published and I missed the editable children.

When will this fix be available in Nuget? (It seems the beta has other issues that prevents us from editing some of our existing sites. )

Sorry: The beta does its job well. We had a deployment problem causing to be misaligned with the dll's. It's an automated process that has never failed before, so I didn't look into it. Sorry! And thank you for N2 :)
