version 2.3 missing dependency (NuGet)

I get this error when installing N2CMS.Dinamic 2.3 via NuGet
 
Could not load file or assembly 'Iesi.Collections, Version=1.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=aa95f207798dfdb4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
 
to fix it you have to add Iesi.Collections from NuGet. may be a problem in dependencies ?
