Release Notes

Major changes
This release brings a well rounded batch of tweaks and fixes. Most notably a new globalization feature. Other changes include upgraded nhibernate and tinymce, simplification of medium trust functionality, a more extendable toolbar plugin model and rearrangement of librararies. The templates have new themes, and a changed image gallery.
