Turn off root node handling

with n2cms how do you make it so that it doesn't handle the root node?

By default it will try to display Default.aspx.

If this file doesn't exist will it fall back to letting IIS handle the default document?

I'm integrating n2cms into an existing site and want only a sub section to be under n2cms to start with.

Do you need to handle it? If you have another page at /default.aspx it should still work. Another possible option would be using a sub-application for N2.

Ok sure, maybe I can create a contentitem specific for the start page and set the templateurl to "~/index.aspx", or whatever the homepage for the main website is. Where "~/index.aspx" is just a standard page.
Does this sound right?
