i try to open the project to modify and complie but he told me its not support as i have download the latest file today.

so what is the requirement for it to open the project file

What file did you download? You might need to repalace /dinamico/themes/web.config with Web.config.MVC3 to use mvc3

which version that is now exciting?

i download n2cms-n2cms-2.3.0.2-3-gba91382

also when i take the files that i have from old version to this version its showing some error
